
I’m Kim Dunham—a yoga instructor and travel advisor dedicated to creating soulful, restorative experiences that support well-being in meaningful, accessible ways.
Through yoga, meditation, sound healing, and forest therapy, I offer experiences designed to reduce stress, restore balance, and help individuals feel more grounded, centered, and connected.
I hold my RYT 500 and have completed advanced training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, and sound bowl healing. I am also a certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, allowing me to integrate nature-based practices into my work.
In addition to weekly classes at Santosha School and VASA Gym, I partner with businesses and organizations to bring wellness into their spaces through on-site experiences. I also lead workshops and retreats that invite rest, reflection, and meaningful connection.
As the founder of Nirvana Travel & Wellness, I design experiences that blend travel, mindfulness, and nature—supporting both inward exploration and outward discovery.
