Hi, I’m Kim Dunham—a passionate yoga instructor and travel agent who loves helping people relax, reconnect with themselves, and find balance. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and sound healing, I create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, no matter their experience level.

My journey began with a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Santosha School, where my love for yoga deepened. Since then, I’ve earned certifications in Yin Yoga, Sound Bowl Healing, and specialized training in mindfulness, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra. These tools help my students experience deep relaxation and self-awareness.

To me, yoga is more than movement—it’s a path to wholeness. Whether we’re flowing, resting, or soaking in the healing sounds of a sound bath, I encourage presence, peace, and connection.

I currently teach weekly classes at:

As a travel agent, I blend my love of movement and exploration into transformative yoga retreats, serene pop-up sessions, and immersive sound healing experiences. I believe in journeying both inward and outward—finding sanctuary in practice, in nature, and in the present moment.

Weekly & Monthly Classes at Santosha

Join me every Monday at 9:00 AM at Santosha School for a grounding and rejuvenating yoga practice, designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner peace.

Join me every Thursday at 4:30 PM for a calming Yoga Restore session designed to relax your body, quiet your mind, and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. A perfect midweek reset.

Each month, I also lead a New Moon Mini Retreat on the 4th Sunday—a special gathering that invites deep rest and renewal. This soulful experience includes restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and sound bowl healing, along with tea and time for journaling to set intentions and reflect under the energy of the new moon.

Join me every Monday at 5:30 pm at VASA Fitness (Eagle Creek) for a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga class.

This gentle practice is designed to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Supported poses, mindful breathing, and quiet reflection create a space where healing and relaxation naturally unfold.

All levels are welcome - come as you are and leave feeling renewed.

Bring the peace to you.
